July 21,2008: Maendeleo Foundation unveiled its Mobile Solar Computer Classroom in Masaka in Central Uganda.
Since then we have taken the Mobile Classroom to over thousands of students and adults who have been introduced to computers at various schools and community centers.

March 14,2008: Development begins on our multilingual computer skills training software. The software tracks each student's progress through a unique identification number
so we can follow their progress and in their following training sessions they can continue from where their previous session finished.

February 25,2008: Maendeleo Foundation completed the
installation of a solar powered computer lab in Kisyoro;
a small village within the Millennium Village Project of Ruhiira, and later trained 30 teachers using the lab.
